The Senate Environment and Public Works Committee will hold a hearing on four EPA nominees and one Nuclear Regulatory Commission nominee next Wednesday, according to a notice on the committee's website.
The panel will consider Michael Dourson to be EPA's assistant administrator for Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention; David Ross to run the Office of Water; Bill Wehrum to head EPA's Office of Air and Radiation; and Matthew Leopold to be general counsel. The committee will also consider Jeffery Baran's re-nomination to the NRC.
The hearing will take place on Sept. 20 at 10 a.m.
