Election of four new members to the Hourly Safety Committee will take place during the week of December 8 through December 12, 1980. This election is to provide membership from Group II (Maintenance - Mechanical Crafts) and Group IV (Polyethylene Lab, Monomers Control Lab, Materials Handling, Guards and Cafeteria). The elected members will serve for one year beginning January 1, 1981.
Election of representatives from Group I (Operations) and Group III (Maintenance - Non-Mechanical Crafts) will be held in June 1981 to take office on July 1, 1981.
The attached ballots are to be distributed to all hourly employees in your respective departments. They should be in the hands of your people on Monday, December 8, 1980.
