Initial speculation is that this is IEPA's response to the plant's application to enter into the Illinois SRP. Another initial thought is that this may offer a good business reason for Solutia to approach new IEPA Director, Thomas Skinner, and discuss this "intolerable and ridiculous waste of money. as well as begin the process of bringing him into the broader Sauget Area discussion. Kevin, could you give some thought to this and perhaps discuss the merits with James McDaniel? Joe Nassif Steve Smith, Mike Foresman, Brent Gilhousen and I have a previously ' scheduled meeting Friday, February 12 to discuss IEPA's recent action on Site Q.
