K. Any contract resulting from this quotation will be subject to cancellation at any time prior to the stipulated termina tion date based on 30 days written notification by either party with due cause.

1. Inventory Items may be cancelled at no charge prior to shipment.
2. 10Z of a line item mav be returned at no charge with the balance being accepted
for return based on 152 restocking charge plus outbound freight.
