ICIS #: 3601516609 Inspection Summary - Inspector Comments and Findings Inspector Maksimuk observed construction activity at location. A van parked in the driveway was marked with signage "Affordable Plumbing, Heat & Electrical". Maksimuk was met by a worker "G. Giozan". Mr. Giozan (sp) signed the NOI. The interior wall framing consisted of new lumber throughout and drywall was not yet installed. Small piles and scattered construction dust/debris/paint chips were on the concrete floor that had sweep marks as to its method of collection. This debris was likely caused by removal of the old wall covering, possibly painted drywall or other type materials. There was no evidence present to assure lead-safe work practices were utilized. One worker stated "Brucher" was in charge of this project. Another worker stated "Skyler" was in charge. Neither was on-site during this inspection. This company goes by different names. The permit was taken out in the name "Jenkins Services Inc." At the time of this inspection, it was not known what location of Jenkins Restoration was responsible for this project.
