The pro posed Consent Order re quires Eramet to submit a process fugitive ventilation plan and to implement control measures such that by 6/30/18 Eramet will demonstrate compliance with all applicable require ments of 40 CFR 63, Sub part XXX, and pay a $10,000dvil penalty.
