Change to a 6 control cow/4 PCB dosed cow format. Rationale: On December 8, 1983, a technician erroneously dosed control cows 2970, 2975, 2978, and 2722 with 10 mg doses of Aroclor 1254 each. Cows 2971 and 2977 were allocated to control and treated groups respectively and neither had yet received dose capsules (intentionally or accidentally). Although it is highly unlikely that 10 mg of PCB will influence the experiment, incorporation of additional controls is appropriate to verify the no effect contention.
