As we discussed, I'm holding open on my schedule September 24, October 1 and 2 as tentative dates for me to visit the Beaumont Plant co review the Corporate Safety Study and to plan a Climate Survey. Let me know which date suits you best. Regarding the Corporate Safecy Study, I would like about one hour with you and your staff (and anyone else you choose to include) to "sound" an' implementation plan (presentation about 1/2 hour and 1/2 hour for questions and discussion). Because of your background in S&OH and early involvement with the Safety Study, your viewpoint will be particularly helpful to me. Regarding the Climate Survey, I will plan to answer questions in whatever forum you prefer (staff meeting, safety committee assigned responsibility for Climate Survey, etc.). To use our time most effectively, I suggest you select a plant coordinator for the Climate Survey who would be included in the discussion and then work with us on specific plans. Keep in mind that we're new at this and we expect to learn together how best to use this tool. I look forward to meeting you and working with Beaumont on these topics.
