Certainly if the people to whom you have gone for assistance, in the investigation of the conditions in your plant, do not know what to do and how to do it, there will be little purpose in my telling them what to do. This matter is not that simple. SitSier these people understand what needs to be done and how to do it, or you had better find someone who does. It is not to be expected that you should know about them, for if you were to have such knowledge, you would not need to seek help. But certainly there is no serious Question about these matters in the minds of any properly trained person, and if the people whom you have consulted are not so informed, they will be quite unable to assist you. I advise you to seek until you find someone who is competent in this type of work. Despite what I have said above, and because it seems likely that I have not understood the position of those whom you have consulted, I suggest to you that you have them write to me directly for advice. In that manner, we shall be able to understand the situation, and will know what to do about it.
