Sharp CC,G. L. Tromblee File The regular weekly SHAC meeting was called to order by Jim Gatewood on Wednesday, March 20, in the VIP conference room. PMSB Jim reviewed with the committee the proceedings of the PMSB. Of particular concern was the plant's procedure for /' bypassing interlocks. J. Gatewood, M. Riddle and R. Coleman V, will visit the Chocolate Bayou plant to review their procedure. R. Hammann will contact the Pensacola plant and review their procedure and report at the next meeting. Safety Gaol Sign - Space Shuttle Motif Don Jordan plans to have all signs completed by 3/22. Signs will be erected on 3/25. D. Barfoot reported that NASA space shuttle astronaut Steve Nagel may be able to participate in a safety publicity campaign in October 1985, depending upon his flight schedule. First Quarter Safety and Housekeeping Awards Award ceremony is scheduled for 0800 on 3/22. 1984 Safety Award Order Forms Some order forms are still outstanding. Need feedback from maintenance, QA lab and office services. Safety Exposition April 1st and 2nd. If "off the job" safety is addressed in this exposition SHAC may want to attend. D.
