It is hereby ORDERED that Frederick Flatow, M.D. or the person or persons in charge of his records permit Defendant The B.F. Goodrich Company, through its attorneys, Morrison, Mahoney &
Miller, 250 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02210, to inspect all
medical records evidencing any medical examination, evaluation, testing or treatment of plaintiff's decedent, John H. Warren
(d/o/b - 9/14/23; S.S. No. 017-18-5568), including any records
pertaining to plaintiff's alcohol or drug use or abuse, if any, and to furnish said defendant's attorneys copies of said records upon payment of a reasonable fee for handling and reproduction.
