Engman Smith F Buckley Maclin For some time now the Rip Track has been storing Aroclor heels and Aroclor washes (water) in tank cars. Currently there are 11 cars tied up in this manner. It Is desirable to dispose of the material In order to free the car for other uses. I am recommending: l) that the majority of the water layer be sewered and 2) that the remaining heel and water be pumped to the incinerator sump. Each car contains an estimated 500 gallons of PCB and 9000 gallons of water.
