Can we move the call to 3 eastern? Just was called to a meeting here. If anyone has a call in number we could use, it would be appreciated.

Rich tells me that you, Peter and he have become a team so I thought if we could get together by phone at 230 eastern we could review. I am remote in Texas still and do not have a conference call number so if you have one and the time works, we can talk at 230 eastern.

Kell,
Just a quick note to follow up. The group has agreed to EPA's key threshold issues, and we think that the group has put forth very reasonable compromises on the AOC/legal issues that address EPA's key points on those issues. We are prepared to move forward quickly (e.g., simultaneously putting the contractor in place as we finish the documentation in order to get into the water this Fall) with a robust $17 million sampling proposal. EPA does not have any other parties that are in a position to move forward. No one wants to end up in a litigation nightmare. That's years of additional delay. If the agency does not move forward with this, it will not be able to start the work and get information within a two year timeframe to move the Site forward. I know there are a lot of constituencies that need to be addressed but we hope this is viewed as a reasonable and fair place to land.
Thank you.
Howard
