The subject gypsum customer has obtained a plaster job on a school building addit' Clarksburg. The order covering the materials to be used will be prepared by your office at Akron. In this car we are to ship 16-l/lQ tons of LitewiLx for use over masonry. Also, 8 tons of Lite-*Hix for u*e over Metal Lath. In addition to the above we will ship 600 yards or the equivalent of Light Acoustical Plaster to be applied over a ^ite-*i-x base which is the area on which the metal lath is specified. The balance of the car can be made up of regular Lite-MLx working out to a total of 30 tons. It is our understanding that t is order will be shipped at once, we further understand and have objected to this situation that the ,,ob is to be ready for occupancy on or about September 2nd, the General Contractor is also faced with a $100.00 per day penalty clause if the job is not ready. Following Mr. -att's suggestion, Mr. Ted Tinney will arrange to come to Clarksburg from Akron to supervise the application of the ~ight acoustical Plaster whax the job is far enough along to arrive at a definite date, -e also wish to add in talking to the Central -nr ply.Company the fact they do not feel their plastering contractor or the individual who has this job, will be equiped with spray equipment for applying the final finish on the Light Acoustical Plaster, Maybe we could arrange, on this one ^ job to have such equipment available either from Paoli or Akron in order to obtain the oest possible result.
