VINYL RESINS
FPC 4414
FPC 4414 is a low molecular weight vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer resin specifically designed for the manufacture of vinyl asbestos floor tile.
FPC 4414 is easily handled in bulk systems as well as in compounding equipment because of its particle geometry and size control.
The compatibility of this resin with conventional vinyl compounding ingredients such as plasticizers, stabilizers, etc., permits the manufacturer to produce tile with excellent heat and light stability. The fin ished product is highly resistant to common household chemicals such as ammonia, soaps, detergents, and mineral and weak organic acids.
