PRESENT COMPLAINTS: At the time of this consultation the- subject indicates that he feels fine and denies having any complaints. GASTROINTESTIONAL SYSTEM: He denies any GI complaints and denies feeling tired or weak. RENAL: He denies any urinary symptoms or complaints. CARDIOVASCULAR: He denies shortness of breath, ankle edema or any discomfort in his chest. NEUROLOGICAL: He denies any numbness, tingling, weakness or any other findings. There are no abnormal findings in his gums. There is no abdominal tenderness. - The bowel sounds are normal. On neurological examination, the deep reflexes are normal. The Romberg test is normal. There is no evidence of a wrist drop or of any weakness. There was no impairment of the sensations. The blood pressure was 12Q/8Q. The pulse rate was 6Q. From this two month consultation, I find no medical condition that would place the employee at increased risk or impairment of health from continued exposure to lead. REB/pm Very truly yours.
