In order to accommodate field length limitations in processing the data summary forms, the laboratory did, in certain instances, abbreviate the sample identifiers. Dashes have been removed from the client identifiers in this delivery group. The electronically formatted data provides the full sample identifier.
Lipids: No exceptions to the method prescribed quality control criteria were observed during the analyses of the samples in this delivery group.
The analytical results associated with the samples presented in this test report were generated under a quality system that adheres to requirements specified in the NELAC standard.
