Most of the guidelines were needed to form the basis for the VDCM containment program/ but a few parts will apply immediately. J. Murry Davis had already changed the exposure standard on the reporting sheets (the new form hadn't been noticed/ so the old sheets were still being used.) Murry has also ordered signs for the area. We will watch the lower exposure levels to be sure that we require air line masks on needed jobs. As of now we have enough air movers to keep exposures at a very low level and feel we can live with the 2.5 PPM. Zeb Bell had originally agreed that permission to enter Plant B is enough to satisfy the authorized personnel requirement and that a roster and signing in and out of the VDC area will not be required. pmf cc: J.R.
