Lillis's note to you dated January 19, 1968, attached please find a piece of ground VICTOCOR 300 material depicting the ground prongs* I have examined this piece of material and have the foilwing comments and questions: L.S.D. 1. I removed the facing material from each side of the core and meas ured its thickness. The ground side appears to have approximately 50% less facing material left on the core than the unground side. I don't believe this should occur if the material is made per standard established. L.S.D. 2. Is the clinch acceptable to our standards established in the development of this material.
