The enclosed card, or a telephone call is suggested to advise of attendance and accommodation requirements as may be desired. The tentative agenda for the meeting is enclosed. Also enclosed is a draft of the Association's By-Laws pre dicated on line-by-line review by members of the Executive Committee in meeting September 7. At the September 8 Board Meeting, directors were advised that the proposed revision to the Association's By-Laws, principally designed to permit an associate category of membership and eliminate ambiguities, would be forwarded to them "in the near future" for consideration prior to formal action at the next regular meeting of directors, December 9. Members of the Committee are requested to review the proposed revised By-Laws prior to the meeting with the hope that approval to forward revised By-Laws to directors can be achieved. 7 R. R.
