McLeod Date April 11, 1977 subject Air Dispersion Study Cconoco) As discussed previously by telephone, the VCM Plant requires an air dispersion study to complete an Emission Inventory Questionnaire for the Louisiana Air Control Commission. The Questionnaire is being submitted in conjunction with the vent incinerator permit request. A complete air dispersion study is necessary, containing all atmospheric conditions (A through F) for all tabulated wind conditions. The wind direction will be out of the southeast. The vents to be considered in this study are II-A, II-B, IV-a, IV-c, IV-j, IV-k and V-A. As mentioned in our telephone conversation, this information is required as soon as possible.
