DO A 026900 CONFIDENTIAL Charisman Campbell Methanes 3601 Phone: 4723 SCOPE Recently the VI340 filter system has required a lot of attention due to an unexpected amount of replacements and cleaning that have been necessary. Initially, VI540 was constructed to undergo an insignificant amount of entrance, but unfortunately that has not been the case. Currently, there is a permanent scaffold in place, but a decision needs to be made whether to replace the scaffold with a deck. So at tliis time there is a need for the estimate of a deck whose dimensions would be a close replica of the scaffold. The only changes that should be made between the scaffold and the deck is that the deck should be a foot higher. It should be extended a foot longer than the scaffold toward the control room and C1540. It should also be extend half a foot west of the control room and toward Building 4610. A change that needs to be made to V1540 is that the pipe (CPI 32601) that travels from the bottom of V1540 to D1 that contains the valves and insulation needs to be raised three feet for easy access by the operators. In order to raise the insulated pipe three feet the pressure gauge (PI 32602) that is between two flanges needs to be redirected toward the north. \ DO A 0?F>901 CONFIDENTIAL.
