Dear Mr. Riddle:
I have recently learned that Dr. Christine Elnert (M.D.) of the California Department of Health plans to visit asbestos operations in the various areas in California. I have no idea what time the visits would be made but I know for- sure that Dr. Elnert will be primarily interested in asbestos dust and its control. Therefore, I would attempt to keep the dust control system at its most effective operation.
I don't believe you will find Dr. Elnert difficult to talk to but I feel I should tell you that she has considerable experience in industrial health.
Yours very truly.
