Kehoe, College of Medicine, Eden & Bethesda Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio. Dear Dr. Eehoe, Recently Dr. Bricker has had some correspondence with Spears & Riddle Company about instructions to be given to men who actually dispense Fleetwing Ethyl Gasoline. Spears & Riddle Company sent me the correspondence and asked what should be done. Thereupon I wrote Dr. Bricker and am enclosing herewith copy of that letter and the correspondence which has since passed between us, together with copy of letter I sent to Spears & Riddle on this subject. lay I ask your advise about the idea expressed by me to the affect that such number of copies of the Rules and Regulations" which are now attached to the jobbers' contracts, copy of which is enclosed, should be placed in the hands of all jobbers with the assurance on their part that a number will be turned over to the dealers and in turn have some means of checking up to see that dealers actually get them and bring them to the attention of their employees handling Ethyl Gasoline. It seems to me that this latter should be one of the essen tial duties of our inspectors and field representatives to see to it that the "Rules and Regulations" had been received by the dealers and in turn read to all their employees. matter Will you kindly let me have your views regarding this entire Yours v^ry truly, B KZ 0001315
