Following Ed. Martian's retest of Decrete 40 and Decrete 50, I made an attempt to combine that data with the earlier information prepared under date of March 12, 1963.
I offer the attached as a reasonable and conservative statement of the characteristics of the materials', It is apparent that the raw data from the laboratory is affected by so many variables that we cannot use that data .without some modification.
I think the data now is consistent in that it reflects strength, density, and thermal properties in a logically
related pattern.
