Kehoe, Dear Dr. Kehoe Ed Walter and I have been discussing your letter of June 11th this morning reporting on several infractions of your rules covering the handling of ETHYL fluid mixing with gasoline which were found at Neodesha, Cushing, El Dorado, Shreveport and Cleveland. I am writing our division managers today on" this subject asking that they take immediate action to see that the necessary steps are taken to correct the situation, and report fully to me on it.
