Item 1
Safety shower and eye bath access restricted by portable analyzer being repaired.
Done: Analyzer repair station relocated.
Item 2
"No Smoking" sign on vent hood almost out of sight.
Done: Removed sign and "Visual Blinking Red Lights" now warning system.
Item 3
Portable building on corner lot.
In process of being moved, Vic Osbum handling.
Item 4
Instruments stored south of shop.
In progress: Rented a truck and all instruments being moved to warehouse or discarded to salvage yard. S. P. Scarcella handling.
Item 5
Instruments on floor in walkways and doorways.
Done: Instruments moved and also painted stripes for instrument laydown area will be done.
