An existing monitoring point will be relocated to address personnel safety. Currently, an enclosed building contains a gas chromatograph unit used to monitor an emission point and is calibrated with a 60% vinyl chloride gas standard. A monitoring point would be moved to the building to protect personnel from leaking calibration gas. The monitoring point that would be relocated has four other points in the immediate vicinity that offer adequate monitoring coverage for the area.
