AR 026-EC-590 $12,075 DISPOSAL OF DRY WASTE The purpose of this appropriation is to provide funds to grade and land fill the present dump. In addition two trash hoppers are required to handle trash for disposal in a land fill dump outside of the plant. This will permit dumping only scrap pipe and dust in the plant dump where the material will be wet down to prevent air-borne contamination until covered with dirt. It is necessary that this dump be registered with the Texas Water Quality Board and before registering it must be prepared so as to meet the require ments of the Texas Solid Waste Disposal Act. The project is not included in the 1972 C.E.P. Approval is recommended in order to meet Texas State regulations and to avoid receiving a citation from the Texas Water Quality Board.
