This Is the same gentleman who had called earlier regarding a transformer containing PYRANOL which had exploded. I described that Incident in a memo of February 13, 1976. Mr. Tibbetts requested that he be supplied with some toxicity data on PCBs and trichlorobenzene. We have compiled with that request. - In the course of the conversation, he indicated that the two employees which had had the greatest exposure had re covered with no apparent residual injury.
