Dear Dr . Campbell,
My colleagues and I have for some time been interested in the handling of inorganic lead by children and young animals in comparison with the handling by adults and mature animals. I am venturing to write to you because of your association with the Kettering Laboratory Abstracts to discover whether you can help us in locating references to comparable work on organic lead, specifically tetramethyl- and tetraethyl lead and the corresponding trialkyl-lead salts.
Any assistance which you can give us in this matter will be greatly appreciated
Yours sincerely
D. Bryce-Smith
