Attached as Exhibit A is a list of customers to whom we have sold such propellants from 1969-1973. 2. in the same Exhibit we have indicated/ where possible/ the address of those customers and whether we believe they directly marketed CM) / acted as fillers .(F) or suppliers (5) of such propellants. Customers whose use of such propellant is undetermined have been so .indicated- (u); 3. From the records relating to fluorocarbon aerosols/ we are not in a position to identify those customers ^who market consumer products subject to the Federal .'"'Basardous Substances Act (Sections 2f, 2p, and 2q) . X doubt seriously whether any records maintained by Allied Chemical/ regardless of business -area, would reveal -such information, but such other records were not examined in this context..., 4. Allied Chemical discontinued selling such propellants in May 1973. It is impossible to determine the specific date of our initial sales of such propellants. There axe many possible consumer uses for FVC, including fence coatings, vinyl auto roofs, floor tiles and polishes.
