"Resolution of Dose-Response Toxicity Data for Chemicals Requiring Metabolic Activation: Example - Vinyl Chloride", dated July 12, 1977 Gentlemen: Drs. Watanabe and Gehring have rewritten their report dated May 28, 1977, (mailed to you on June 9, 1977) to better reflect what they believe to be the relationship of animal to human data. Dr. Torkelson has requested that the May 28 report be destroyed, it is replaced with the enclosed report dated July 12, 1977. Please complete the enclosed ballot and return one copy of it to me no later than August 10, 1977. Should you find that either or both of the subject reports are not acceptable, please respond as promptly as possible (certainly no later than August 10, 1977) since final payment to Dow is contingent upon acceptance of these reports by the Technical Panel.
