On motion made by Mr. L. T. Beale and seconded by Mr. Gardiner, it was resolved te authorise the offieere of John T. Lewis ft Bros* Company to extond for a period of two yoars our.present lease with the Slay System Central Garagos, Inc. through Richard J. Seltaer, agont for oar prsporty on 22h South fth Stroot, Philadelphia, as a parking lot, with tho under standing that the Slop System Central Garages, Inc. would ereet a fence in compliance with the now parking regulations of tho City of Philadelphia.
