Accordingly, subject to your final approval, I confirm the agreement
we reached that you would telephone cur plant for any demand you might have
other then Philadelphia and we in turn would make immediate shipment* Because
of the circumstances surrounding the use of your telephone you are accordingly
authorized to call us, charges reversed, at any time such an emergency ship-
rasnt might occur, and we in turn will assume the telephone expense. Our

This Is in further reference to the file of correspondence we have had in connection to the handling of shipments of EISYL Fluid cans from .Philadelphia to outlying stations* The only possible exception that might be taken to the procedure tentatively agreed upon with Lt,, Kinnard is the placing in our hands, without full approval of either the Safety Committee or the Hew York office, such shipments* However, in view of the circuitstances, I believe the gentlemen will be agreeable to our using our judg ment in the matter and confirming with you afterwards*
