This platform allows targeted development of TeflonTM products with enhanced performance that will enable Chemours' customers to differentiate their products in the market place. Building on its leadership in fluoropolymer science, Chemours has developed proprietary technology for use in manufacturing PTFE dispersions with a non-fluorinated processing aid. The company's developmental testing has demonstrated that PTFE dispersions made with the new technology deliver enhanced performance in TeflonTM nonstick coatings, including superior product stability and processability. Its development and current commercialization are the result of Chemours' commitment as the industry leader to continuously improve the sustainability of its products.
