Md., on 30-acre site; also plants at Butler, Everett, Gettysburg, Milton and Lebanon, Pa.; with com bined an n u al cap acity of 120.000 tons of fertilizer and 21,500,000 lbs Of insecticides. The Lebanon plant is subject to a purchase option granted to C entral Chemical Corp. of Lebanon, a subsidiary.
Central Chemical Corn, of Virginia, a sub sidiary, owns plants at H arrisonburg, Crirnora and Chanda, Va., w ith com bined annual capacity of 15,000 tons of fe rtiliz e r and 5,000,000 lbs. insecticides; also capacity for p ro cessing 22,000 tons of livestock feed.
