His duties include storage and disposal of cample chemicals for the research and development department. Ha was alsu responsible for disposing preparations of 55 gallon drums for hazardous wastes. Hr. Eirven ordered and stored chemicals for laboratory purposes including, acetone, icopropanol, and methanol. Hr. Eirven's responsibilities caused him to come into contact with bev.zene-containirig chemicals including vinyl chloride and vinyl chloride containing chemicals. Hr. Eirven*s cause of death was diagnosed as adenocarcinoma of the liver. Dr, Gary Weiss was the attending physician. No autopsy was performed. UCC 073392
