Bill, it appears that we will very rapidly need to develop acceptable toxic dumps or sanitary land fills where our PCB customers can dump their refuse short term (for the next 6 months to 1 year -- or at leafet until we can get a better alternative). I think this is a high priority item because we are going to be deluged with questions on where to take the material.
