SUBJECT Employee Monitoring Feedback
Commencing at once, when a Plant B employee participates in our monitoring program by wearing a sampler, he/she will receive a personalized copy of the attached memo.
This will be done only in those instances where the results indicate no over standard exposure.
The standard procedure for those cases involving over standard results is still in effect. Our objectives with this memo are twofold.
1. Inform the employee of the results.
2. Express appreciation for their cooperation.
Please convey this information to your supervisor, along with the request to route these memos ASAP to the individual concerned.

On VDatelV you assisted in our plant Industrial Hygiene Monitoring Program by wearing sampling equipment while performing your work activities.
Analysis of the sample you helped to collect did not show any harmful levels of exposure. Had your monitoring indicated any exposure of a nature deemed to be potentially harmful, you would have been interviewed by your supervisor so we could locate and prevent future exposures to you and your co-workers.
If you have questions about permissible exposure levels of chemicals or phys ical agents in the workplace, contact your Plant Safety Representative or myself. If you have questions about the effects of exposure to such materials, contact the Medical Department.
I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to you for helping in the extremely important task of gathering information which is used to protect each of us and the environment in which we live and work.
