This is the proposal Moffat and Garfield County made prior to the Government Shutdown, and has never since been addressed. If there is a couple minutes toward the end of our phone call, we w'ould like to address the need for Interior to have BLM inventory roads within Lands with Wilderness Character ( LWC's). BLM has not acknowledged the existence of roads within LWCs and a 12 year statute of limitations is fast approaching, with no intent to address the problem.
