W e're very excited to be able to welcome Admin. Pruitt back to the Institute for a June 21st luncheon event. Just to double-check, he'd be unavailable to also address our board on the 17th of May, correct?
I've Cc'd our events director, Taisha Camacho, who will begin working on securing a venue. I think it would be a good idea to perhaps get on a short call in the next week or two with her, our comms director, and the relevant members of your team to discuss some logistical matters. Let us know if/when you might be available to do that.

Hope you had a great weekend, I ju st wanted to follow up to see if your team has had a chance to think about possible dates yet. As you can imagine, our program calendar is pretty robust, so we try to be as strategic as possible in calendaring our smaller events around appearances by high-level speakers such as Admin. Pruitt. That said, if you can give us an idea of what week(s) Admin. Pruitt might prefer (even if not an exact date yet)-- or if he's leaning toward speaking at our private board meeting next month in lieu of a public event---that information would be helpful to our event staff in their planning of the broader program calendar.

I also wanted to introduce my colleague Dean Ball (Cc'd), who is putting together a short 40th Anniversary video to be shown at our annual Hamilton Awards Dinner (to which the Administrator has also been invited). The video would feature interviews with several of our country's most prominent political and intellectual figures discussing their thoughts on M l's past, present, and future; and we'd be honored to include Administrator Pruitt. It would only require about 30 minutes of his time, and we would be more than happy to send someone down to his office to film. If that's something you guys are open to, please feel free to coordinate with Dean,
