Good morning, Patrick...
As we are drawing closer to the August 16 meetings in Cheyenne, I just wanted to touch base. Is the location confirmed for Little America in Cheyenne?
We are working right now with the understanding that the schedule will be as follows and have begun reaching out to folks to ensure we have the right people in the room from the WMA side.
9:00AM-12:00PM - Uranium Industry Committee follow up meeting on issues raised at February meeting. (Est industry personnel attending:10) The uranium group will meet initially at 8:00am to discuss other issues prior to this meeting with EPA.
1:00PM-3:00PM - Review of air quality issues raised at February meeting (including Exceptional Events Rule and Primary Quality Assurance Organization (PQAO) program). We would like to include appropriate staff from the Wyoming DEQ Air Quality Division on this one. (Est industry personnel attending: 5)
Pie 3:00PM-5:00PM - Review of NEPA with industry suggestions as directed by Administrator Benevento at February meeting (product forthcoming for your review). (Est industry personnel attending: 5-6)
As I have been promising, we will have a document on NEPA suggestions to you hopefully a couple of weeks in advance of the meeting. Is there anything you need from me on this end?
Thanks for your work on this, and I'll stay in touch as we draw closer to the date.
Have a good weekend, Travis D.
