Hi Melissa, Thank you for checking in so far in advance and for the opportunity to meet with your Board of Directors. As you are likely aware, June 22 is a big day for our TSCA program and in all likelihood we will be working hard to get about 5 additional substantive items finalized out the door on that date. Having said that, if your group was willing to come, here hopefully we could find 30 minutes of calm within the storm to chat for a bit. I'm quite sure I won't be doing any travel that week.

would have a 30-45 minute block that afternoon to meet with them either at the EPA HQ or at A d 's office. A d 's Board is made up of senior executives from both cleaning product formulators as well as from ingredient manufacturers. The purpose of the meeting would be to introduce them to the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention and to discuss items specific to TSCA implementation. We would fine tune the agenda as we got closer to June. I know your schedule gets very busy so please let me know if you would have time to meet with members of the ACI Board of Directors.
