Jon Shepherd will serve as scribe as Bob McCorquodale is the Team Leader. Standard Q.A. format will be used. Activities of this QAT will be held confidential. Objective Statement: The team members produced the following as a statement of our objective: "This Quality Action Team will determine if we have a problem with liver (or other organ) abnormalities (signaled through enzyme levels) associated with the work environment, and if so, recommend workable solutions" To meet this objective, the following items were listed as "problem" & "solution" areas. Problem: 1. Validate ranges used for comparison. 2. Identify population differences between Derivatives/others. 3. Build matrix of common factors of affected employees (epidemiology). 4. Statistical analysis of existing data - blood. 5. Establish necessary and/or adequate Industrial Hygiene monitoring (per sonnel) . 6. Determine if we have an "abnormal" problem (health).
