Tucker Phocian: The pollution letters were forwarded to our customers on February 27th. The master list (enclosed) identifies the company name, address and addressee of all companies receiving the letter. Each addressed envelope was verified against the master list and the name checked on the master list to insure no one was missed. Letters were mailed to the billing address of all customers (over 2000) who during 1968-1969 purchased Therminol, Pydraul, Aroclor (non electrical grade) and those capacitor/transformer manufacturers who purchased Aroclor 12 54 and 1260 electrical grade product or blends. All accounts, except capacitor/transformer manufacturers received the standard letter. The capacitor/transformer manufacturers received the same letter, with the additional paragraph inserted.
