We have separated them to indicate pleadings and general correspondence between counsel and correspondence we may have had with Sherwin-Williams' personnel. There is a short medical discovery file as well. You will note, in reviewing these materials, that the co defendant has yet to develop a case against SherwinWilliams? and, we are dealing strictly with an asbestos case. We are still attempting to locate much of the medical discovery that was not initially provided. At first, Sherwin-Williams was not a defendant, but simply a target; and, since they had not been formally joined, medical reports were not served on their office.
