The pipe Is insulated with friable asbestos insulation, so insulation will be removed as the first step, and landfilled in the designated asbestos landfill located on the plant site. All precau tions, outlined in 10 CFR 61.20 - 61.25, will be observed. This letter will serve as a notification of this work, as re quired by 40 CFR 61.22 (d)(2).
