You can compare these -with those previously reported. I have not had an opportunity to do so as yet in any careful manner because of a press of other work. It v/ill be very interesting, I believe, to compare the results ob tained at the next analysis with these at this time, for I believe that the changes which have been made in the lead-ethyl area will bring about a decided, drop. I went over the situation at the plant rather carefully, and I believe that the lead hazards associated with smelting are almost completely done away with. I am more than pleased with the changes that have been made and I believe that they will prove to be satisfactory in every way. In fact, I join with you in Relieving that it would be difficult to improve upon them further. Thank you very much for your remarks about the men. I am very glad to know that the stippling has diminished and I am not at all surprised.
