Sanborn visited the Pressure Pumping Services, LLC oil and gas facility located near Blackwell, Oklahoma on 01/07/2020 for an unannounced inspection. There were no representatives of Pressure Pumping Services, LLC present for the inspection. The inspection was conducted by authority of the Clean Water Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act to determine compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. FACILITY DESCRIPTION This facility is known as the Clift No. 1 Tank Battery and is located north of Blackwell, Oklahoma. Section II - OBSERVATIONS I observed a cut in the west containment wall at the tank battery. The tank battery did not have secondary containment walls. I observed a damp surface during the inspection at the tank battery. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN There was no secondary containment at the tank battery.
